Uniformity

The Phantom Analyzer Algorithm ensures that each sector of the image has similar magnification and color characteristics

Beam Strength

The software checks the image for subtle tell-tale signs that the beam has weakened or is dangerously overproducing radiation.

Consistency

Multiple sub-zones in the image are analyzed to ensure that there is minimal artifacts and colors are consistent

Mechanical Alignment

It is essential that the motor mechanism is aligned and rotating the head evenly and precisely for a panoramic scan.

Collimator Alignment

It is critical that the radiation produced in a panoramic machine is directed at the sensor plate and does not leak out into the patients body.

Sharpness

The diagnostic quality of an image is dependent on seeing transitions clearly and sharply. The algorithm automatically finds edges and calculates sharpness
